REAL ESTATE

RIM London regularly meets with; esteemed family offices, institutional investors, global real estate funds, foreign investors and private financiers. We connect these parties on both the buy side and sell side of strictly, high yielding, off market deals. We work tirelessly to source both development sites and high value investment opportunities, that cover the full spectrum of commercial and residential property types.

CONSULTANCY SERVICES

At RIM London we use our strong network of contacts to facilitate conversations and structure deals between a diverse range of business leaders, innovators and policy shapers. We provide advice on finance, corporate restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and have a keen interest in helping companies raise capital. We work with businesses of all types and sizes, from start-ups to established global companies. Our essential aim is to always help create mutually beneficial, long lasting business relationships.

TECHNOLOGY

RIM London is interested in great ideas that cause disruption, run by even greater people. We are seeking to invest and support innovative companies who are still in their early stages. We look for businesses in the Finance, Education, Food and Health sectors that use technology to make a change to normal practices, or solve a problem.

REAL ESTATE ASSET MANAGEMENT

RIM London diligently curates a distinctive strategy to meet each client’s aspirations, on a site by site basis. We understand that every client has a different attitude to risk and that no two sites are ever the same. Therefore, we work to provide a range of viable options, and build robust financial models, to help in the decision making process. The core objective is to always maximise property value and investment returns, whilst minimising liability and exposure.

EDUCATIONAL INVESTMENTS

RIM London works with likeminded partners, on a joint venture basis, in a range of education focussed investments. As a part of Regent Group, RIM London has unique expertise in this niche, yet growing, sector. Our work includes, but is not limited to, investing in ed-tech, educational real estate by way of sale and leaseback arrangements, creating new educational businesses with third parties, and assisting foreign investors, on all necessary aspects, as they look to enter the UK education sector.

SOCIAL IMPACT INVESTMENTS

At RIM London we do not believe that making a big difference, in the lives of those who need it the most, should be left to charities and charitable donations. Nor do we accept that making a positive impact and healthy returns should be seen as a zero-sum game on the balance sheet. Therefore, we are leading in a new range of investments that, from the outset, look to achieve two key targets. First, to make a considerable, positive, impact on society. Second, to make investors healthy returns.
